Privacy policy

What we collect

Your account details (name, mobile number or email, company and job), the work you record in projects (problems, inspection requests, reports, photos, files, comments), your location only at the moment you tap attendance check-in, and sign-in and change logs for security.

Camera and photos

The app opens the camera or your photos only when you choose to add a picture to a problem, request or report. No photo is taken or uploaded without your choice.

How we use it

To run the platform for your project team: show work to the people allowed to see it, send notifications and protect accounts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Project members, according to the permissions your company sets. Service providers run the platform for us: Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting), PostHog in the EU (usage statistics with ids only, never your name, email or phone), and Anthropic and Autodesk only when you approve an AI feature or a model conversion after seeing its cost.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), files open through short-lived links, each company's data is kept separate and every change is logged. The app does not store your password on the phone.

How long we keep it

We keep project data while your company's subscription is active, because it is the project's formal record (inspections and payment certificates). When it ends we delete it or hand it to the company, as agreed.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time through your company's admin on the platform. We delete the account and your personal details within 30 days. Work you recorded in a project (such as inspections and reports) stays in the project record under your company, because it is a formal document.
