Deliveries to Site

What is it?

A delivery is materials arriving on site, with a delivery note that proves the quantity and condition. When receipts are not recorded properly, losses and claims grow.

Why it matters

Materials arrive and nobody counts them, or they are stored in the wrong place and lost, or stolen. Recording every delivery stops the waste and proves who is responsible.

How it works in EDC

Each delivery is recorded at the gate from a phone with a delivery note, a photo and a QR on the load. It is linked to the original order and to the element it will be installed in, so you know what arrived, what is still due and where it went.

Every delivery has a delivery note, a QR and a photo, tied to its order and the element it goes into.

  • A delivery note with a photo
  • A QR on every load
  • Tied to its element
