Who they work with on EDC
Who they are and what they do

The interior designer sets how the space looks inside: floors, walls, ceilings, lighting and furniture. They choose materials and their samples, and check that the work matches the design.

Finishes are the first thing the owner and users see, and any difference in a colour or material shows at once. A late change of material can delay handover by months.

How EDC helps them

In EDC each room on the model has its finishes schedule and materials, with the approved sample and its photo. Site photographs the work so they compare it with the design without travelling.

Samples are approved from a phone, and the supplier knows exactly which material is wanted. Finish snags are logged on the room itself and closed with before and after photos.

What you can do
  • Set the finishes schedule for each room
  • Approve samples from a phone
  • Compare work with design by photos
What you gain
  • Finishes come out as designed
  • Fewer site visits
  • No wrong material gets bought
